All our products come with care instructions. All products are gently hand wash only i.e. do not put in the dishwasher, soak in the sink or use hard abrasives on the label. Wash in hot soapy water and simply wipe over if required the label when washing.

Due to the personalised nature of our products once you have placed your order we cannot make changes. Please ensure you check your personalisation details upon ordering your items.

Cake Toppers are sent via Royal Mail please allow 1-3 days for items posted 1st class and 3-5 days for delivery for second class items. During the Christmas period delivery times may be slower so please allow a little extra time to receive your order. Proof of postage is obtained for all items sent but are not tracked. Larger items are sent via Hermes Courier with a delivery timescale of 3-5 days.

All labels used on plastic and glassware are not suitable for the dishwasher. Please take extra care when cleaning your labels hand wash items only, do not leave in soak and gently wipe over the label when required.

All labels come with full application instructions. Our labels are easy to apply at home on your chosen product.

Want to add a label to a product but can't find the label size you are looking for? We make custom labels to fit your items from crate labels, tins, storage jars, reading folders whatever you have in mind! Just send us a message via the Contact Us form with the maximum width and height required for your labels and we will ensure that the labels do not exceed the maximum width specified and the height of the label will be adjusted proportionately.
