These are the terms under which we provide you with our Goods. You agree to these Terms and Conditions when you purchase any of our products. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to buy our website's Goods.

 

We retain the right to temporarily withdraw any item from our website's sale section, as well as to discontinue any item entirely.

 

If you buy an item that we temporarily remove or decide to discontinue, we will provide you with a refund or a gift certificate for that single item.

 

Please note that all our charges include VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

 

SECURE PAYMENTS

 

Your payment will be processed using the highest level of security. We do not store your payment details on our website.

 

DELIVERY

 

Depending on the size of the item/your order, we will send it through Royal Mail or Hermes.

 

We aim to dispatch your order within three-five days. However, custom-made orders may take longer. 

 

As a customer, you are responsible for writing the correct shipping address to us. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will not refund you.

 

Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of your order, and if your cancellation request is made after this period it is likely the parcel has been shipped, so we can not guarantee that we can cancel the order.
