SHIPPING POLICY
All our toppers are sent out via Royal Mail Service. All other personalised items are sent via Hermes.
Please allow 3-5 days for Hermes deliveries and 3-5 days for Royal Mail Second Class delivery.
Proof of postage is obtained for all Royal Mail shipments and Hermes is tracked.
Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum to be able to provide you with competitive prices. Recycled packaging is used where possible.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items however we do our best to help track your items.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalised nature of our products refunds or exchanges cannot be given for incorrect spelling. Please ensure that you carefully check your order details before purchasing your item as edits may not be able to be made once an order has been submitted.
